Counselling Sessions & Bespoke Mental Health Packages
Counselling sessions last 50 minutes and cost £55.00 per session. We normally meet once a week and, ideally, at a regular time for counselling to be most effective.
Mental Health Support/Bespoke Package last 50 minutes and cost £55.00 per session. We will meet once a week and, ideally, at a regular time. During the assessment session, we can discuss and agree on a time period – this could be for 6, 10, 12 weeks or longer. We can also agree to work for a certain period of time together and then review.
Reiki (In-Person and Distant): last 45 minutes and cost £45.00 per session.
For all services, I request that payment is made before the session. For Reiki treatments, payment is required before the session. For weekly counselling sessions or mental health packages, I request that payment is made following your session and before your next session is due. If payment has not been received in advance, the session will not be held and I will also discuss this with you.
Payment for an assessment session is £55 for 50 minutes. At our initial appointment/assessment, I will discuss the client agreement with you, which will include payment details and holiday periods.

First Session
This is an assessment session and different to the standard counselling session. It’s an opportunity for us to meet and see if we feel comfortable to work together. During this session, I will be asking more detailed questions about your history and your current situation. Counselling sessions that follow the assessment session will be led by you.
