
Reiki sessions focus on improving your internal energy by moving energy throughout the body in a massage-style practice. It uses touching and light pressing rather than kneading or rubbing. As a Reiki practitioner, I place my hands in different positions on or above your body and act as a conduit for the energy, allowing it to flow. A distance Reiki healing session is a great way to keep on top of your emotional and mental wellbeing, from the comfort of your own home. Reiki practitioners are taught mainly about three symbols before performing Reiki healing sessions. One of the primary ones being the ‘distance symbol’, which, when invoked, can send Reiki healing energy across time and space. This is where distance Reiki healing sessions come into play.
As the distance symbol can allow for healing energy to transcend both time and distance, it can clear blockages, which may be affecting your mood or day-to-day life, from afar. By not being physically present, you will not be hindering your experience during a healing session, as Reiki teaches us that we are all connected and part of a larger whole.

This is an assessment session and different to the standard counselling session. It’s an opportunity for us to meet and see if we feel comfortable to work together. During this session, I will be asking more detailed questions about your history and your current situation. Counselling sessions that follow the assessment session will be led by you.
